Job Title: Lived Experience Practitioner Model Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Lived Experience Practitioner Model Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Lived Experience Practitioner Model to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote improved quality of life for service users.
  • Coordinate lived experience practitioners across multiple service areas.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Lived Experience Practitioners and Peer Support Workers.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Direct lived experience and significant experience in managing lived experience roles.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and promote advocacy for service users.
