Job Title: Lived Experience Practitioner Model Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lived Experience Practitioner Model Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive model for lived experience practitioners across four Integrated Community Pathway Services (ICPS) in London.
  • Focus on the Women's Pathway, Housing and Accommodation Service, and Work Force Development to ensure high-quality care and improved quality of life for service users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including the third sector, to promote improved quality of life for service users and advocate for their voice throughout the service.
  • Develop and implement training programs for Lived Experience Practitioners and Peer Support Workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Project manage work streams to ensure coordinated practice in each locality and participate in Quality Improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Direct lived experience and considerable experience of managing lived experience roles.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work with all stakeholders, including the third sector.
  • Ability to participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and promote advocacy and the voice of the service user throughout the service.
