About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced Lead Theatre Nurse / Practitioner to join our highly reputable private eye clinic based in a state-of-the-art facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead Theatre Nurse / Practitioner to join our thriving and expanding company. We are looking for a Lead Theatre Practitioner to lead a team in assisting patients undergoing procedures including cataract surgery in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Lead Theatre Nurse / Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
  • Take responsibility for effective role modelling and leadership of the theatre team.
  • Develop and implement effective theatre policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety are maintained at all times.
  • Work closely with the theatre team to ensure the smooth running of theatre sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of the theatre team through training and education.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive training program and opportunities for career development.
