Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Highbridge Talent. As a global leader in the tyre industry, we offer a unique opportunity for a sales professional to grow with our company.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling truck tyres and possess excellent product knowledge. This specialist role involves prospecting new customers, developing relationships with dealers and end users, and providing training and technical advice to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting new customers and identifying sales opportunities
- Developing and deploying sales plans to achieve volume, margin, and mix targets
- Providing training and technical advice to customers
- Collecting market information and sales data to inform our sales strategies
The Package:
- Basic salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year
- Sales incentives up to 25% of the gross annual base salary
- Company car within company policy
- Optional private healthcare
