We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at LBW Drinks Ltd. (Lyme Bay Winery). Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key account management and sales support
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and tactics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in the drinks industry, with a proven track record of sales success
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and achievement
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Full driving license and ability to travel regularly
