Operations Support Coordinator

About the Role
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Support Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our hire process, from initial customer inquiry to post-hire feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer transactions and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Partner with rehire partners to identify and implement service and system efficiencies, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with all depots to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Effectively manage Sunbelt systems and procedures to ensure a smooth transition of the hire process.
- Manage customer invoicing, monitor additional POs, and provide financial reports.
About You
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will bring a strong customer service background, experience in project management, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
