We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to become an integral part of our team at Hays Business Support. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
This position is not focused on direct sales; therefore, prior sales experience is not a requirement. The primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their orders, ensuring accurate and timely production of quotes and order placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Generate detailed sales quotations, utilizing templates while ensuring precision in the information provided.
- Engage with customers to discuss quotes and facilitate order confirmation through effective communication.
- Maintain and update Excel reports, requiring an intermediate understanding of Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Compile sales reports to track order updates and analyze sales trends on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time office-based role, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week. The position offers a competitive salary of £27,000, along with a monthly performance-based bonus.
