About the Role

The Sales Administrator & Customer Service Professional will play a vital role in overseeing the sales and order cycles. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer discovery in collaboration with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and respond promptly to inquiries from external customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist the sales team in reviewing, returning offers, and managing the sales pipeline to drive sales conversions.
  • Handle internal and external customer queries professionally and effectively, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Proactively follow up on inquiries to drive sales conversions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support in Customer Services, including order progress updates and logistics assistance to customers.
  • Accurately manage the CRM & ERP systems to ensure seamless order processing and customer data management.
  • Conduct contract reviews and facilitate order processing to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.
  • Ensure proper document control and organization to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Adhere to company policies, exceed customer expectations, and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations outlined in the Employees Handbook.
  • Undertake additional training and perform other relevant duties as required to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Experience in a business-to-business customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficient in numeracy and literacy, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organized with excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in using ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, adept at fostering effective internal and external partnerships.
  • Problem-solving capabilities, ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
