About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Lidl in Deutschland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Efficiently manage deliveries, restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Proactively maintain the bakery area, baking fresh goods and ensuring high-quality products are available for customers.
  • Expertly merchandise and maintain the Non-Food products area, ensuring a visually appealing and easy-to-shop environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Ability to lift and move stock, with a strong focus on maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
