About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join our team at Ted Baker London. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Give a warm welcome to all customers, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Sales Performance: Maintain and exceed company sales KPI, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Task Management: Complete all tasks correctly and on time, following company policies and procedures.
  • Brand Representation: Promote the brand values through personal presentation and passion, representing the brand effectively in-store.
  • Store Operations: Observe safety and security procedures, ensuring a secure and efficient store environment.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in a retail environment, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
