Position Summary

  • Oversee the planning and implementation of outbound marketing initiatives.
  • Direct the automated campaign division utilizing CRM platforms for maximum impact.
  • Formulate engagement strategies and testing frameworks for effective outreach.
  • Accountable for enhancing transactional communications and meeting established performance metrics.

Core Duties

  • Guide the CRM Automated Campaigns team to execute outstanding marketing initiatives.
  • Craft and refine player communication strategies to foster robust connections.
  • Manage campaign operations to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Partner with internal departments to leverage data insights and assess campaign success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years in B2C or ecommerce sectors.
  • Proficient in CRM methodologies and familiar with CRM software applications.
  • Demonstrated success in leading CRM initiatives and teams.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with effective communication abilities.
