About the Role

As a CRM Data and Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a robust CRM data engine to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Designing and implementing data visualisation tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
  • Providing expert analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in owning and managing CRM campaign systems and web/marketing analytics
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis, data visualisation, and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think critically and strategically to drive business growth
