About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Aftersales Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Click & Collect service, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete the handover and purchase of vehicles for our Click & Collect service, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Prepare handovers for the day ahead, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Arrange all necessary documentation prior to handover to ensure a smooth process for customers.
  • Encourage customers to share their experiences with our company.
  • Help customers familiarize themselves with their new vehicle, providing relevant information and support.
  • Learn about different vehicles and manufacturers to provide expert knowledge to our customers.
  • Assist customers in selling their vehicle through our sell-your-car service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, being available to assist customers when needed.

Requirements

  • Full of energy and enthusiasm, with excellent people skills.
  • A confident communicator who understands the importance of a positive attitude in achieving great results.
  • Willing to learn about our products and services to provide expert knowledge to our customers.
  • The ability to go the extra mile, ensuring customers have a memorable experience with our company.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Happy working on your own initiative as part of a team.
  • The ability to demonstrate common sense and good judgment.
