About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diligenta. As a Complaint Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in the life and pensions industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
