Aftersales Consultant Opportunity

MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Aftersales Consultant to join our team on an interim contract basis. The role is located in Central London and offers a competitive hourly rate of £26.37 (Inside IR35).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for equity loan and staircasing completions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries via phone, email, and post, and displaying in-depth product knowledge.
  • Interpret leases and equity mortgages, offering expert advice to customers and stakeholders on staircasing and equity loans.
  • Maintain accurate records using database and case management systems.
  • Collate audit-compliant application packs, conduct relevant checks, and follow anti-money laundering procedures.
  • Manage staircasing and equity loans caseloads, achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Ensure all activities align with staircasing and equity loans policies, procedures, and money laundering regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret leases and equity mortgages.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in database and case management systems.
