Aftersales Consultant Opportunity

MMP Consultancy is seeking a skilled Aftersales Consultant to join our team on an interim contract basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a Central London-based housing association, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed targets for equity loan and staircasing completions
  • Provide professional and supportive customer inquiries via phone, email, and post
  • Interpret leases and equity mortgages, offering effective advice to customers and stakeholders
  • Log customer contacts and maintain accurate records using database and case management systems
  • Collate audit-compliant application packs and conduct relevant checks on shared owners
  • Manage staircasing and equity loans caseloads, achieving or exceeding targets
  • Ensure activities are progressed in accordance with policies and procedures, including money laundering regulations
  • Support customers throughout the staircasing and equity loans process, providing updates on case progress
  • Offer expert advice on home ownership issues and lease interpretation to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare weekly reports on activities and progress, ensuring performance standards are met
  • Stay up-to-date with technical product knowledge and relevant legislation
