Project Coordinator

Join a collaborative company in the automotive retail industry and take on a challenging role as a Senior Project Analyst. This position offers a contract rate of £31.26 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35) and requires a strong background in supply chain knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Requirements gathering across operations, analysing pain points within existing processes and systems, identifying improvement opportunities and project scoping
- Project prioritisation, maintaining a catalogue of functional projects, ensuring they are prioritised for delivery based on latest data
- Building the roadmap for Operations & Logistics digital transformation, identifying and developing talent within the function, drawing on your own technical expertise and experience
- Day-to-day project management, running workshops with operational and technical stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working with Digital team on delivery
- Lead on the end-to-end implementation of data analytics and digital tools within Logistics Operations, using data to deliver business improvements and create value
- Supply Chain / Logistics experience and knowledge
- Experience in using one or more of: SQL, Python, Data Visualisation Platform (Tableau, Power BI etc)
- Hands on experience of completing complex data analysis to inform business decisions
- Experience working as a business analyst / project engineer in the Supply Chain / Logistics sector
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Systems such as ERP/MRP, Control Tower/Connected Supply Chain Systems
- Working knowledge and experience of Logistics systems including MRP / ERP, warehouse management, data management and simulation
- Understanding of automotive or other supply chains and material flow principles
- Experience in use of lean and agile business improvement
- Ability to conduct detailed business process mapping / analysis and identify improvement opportunities, supported by data
- Track record of performing structured analysis of data and presenting outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences
This is a hybrid working role, with a minimum of 2/3 days per week in office. Unfortunately, we cannot progress candidates who require sponsorship to work in the UK.
