Job Title: Territory Manager - Property Management

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: £ Competitive + Company Car + Commission in year 2

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm with an hour off for lunch

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Territory Manager to join our Property Management team as a key member of our residential team located in Wolverhampton. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for working from a diary of pre-booked viewing appointments and conducting property viewings at properties within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Viewing Appointments: Conduct property viewings at properties within your portfolio, ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism.
  • Feedback and Offers: Follow up with viewing feedback and put forward offers to the asset management team.
  • Liaising with Onboarding Team: Liaise with the onboarding team regarding referencing and ensure that prospective tenants provide the necessary information.
  • Inventory Preparation: Prepare inventories that document the condition of a property prior to commencement of a tenancy.
  • Move-In and Move-Out: Meet new tenants at the property, conduct a move-in, show them around their new home, and hand over any keys and information.
  • Mid-Tenancy Visits: Re-visit properties midway through an active tenancy to check on the condition, produce a brief report, and dispatch it to the property manager.
  • Maintenance Issues: Discuss with tenants in occupation any maintenance-based issues that may be evident, and liaise with property managers to ensure maintenance issues are being looked after and dealt with.
  • Post-Appointment Admin: Chase feedback, agree deals, type up reports, update software, and send out relevant information while working with property managers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in property or lettings and management is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident with technology.
  • Attitude and Qualifications: A positive and can-do attitude, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and industry qualifications such as ARLA (or working towards it) are preferred but not essential.
  • Driving License: Clean, full UK driving license.
