We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Territory Manager to join our Property Management team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our residential team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings at properties within your portfolio, working from a diary of pre-booked appointments.
- Viewing Feedback: Follow up with clients to gather feedback and put forward offers to the asset management team.
- Onboarding: Liaise with the onboarding team to ensure that prospective tenants provide the necessary information for referencing.
- Inventory Preparation: Prepare inventories that document the condition of a property prior to commencement of a tenancy.
- Move-In Process: Meet new tenants at the property, conduct a move-in, and hand over keys and information.
- Mid-Tenancy Visits: Re-visit properties midway through an active tenancy to check on the condition, produce a brief report, and dispatch it to the property manager.
- Maintenance Issues: Discuss maintenance-based issues with tenants in occupation and liaise with property managers to ensure issues are addressed.
- Post-Appointment Admin: Chase feedback, agree deals, type up reports, update software, and send out relevant information while working with property managers.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in property or lettings and management is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident with technology.
- Attitude and Qualifications: A positive and can-do attitude, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and industry qualifications such as ARLA (or working towards it) are preferred but not essential.
- Driving License: A clean, full UK driving license is required.
- Holiday Entitlement: 21 days holiday rising to 26 days holiday over a period of time (excluding Bank Holidays).
