About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Territory Manager to join our Property Management team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our residential team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings at pre-booked appointments and provide feedback to the asset management team.
  • Tenant Liaison: Liaise with the onboarding team to ensure prospective tenants provide necessary information and complete referencing.
  • Inventory Preparation: Prepare inventories that document the condition of properties prior to tenancy commencement.
  • Move-In and Move-Out: Meet new tenants at properties, conduct move-in showings, and hand over keys and information.
  • Tenant Support: Discuss maintenance-based issues with tenants, liaise with property managers to ensure issues are addressed, and provide post-appointment administration.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Property Experience: Previous experience in property or lettings management is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident with technology.
  • Industry Qualifications: Industry qualifications such as ARLA (or working towards it) are preferred but not essential.
  • Driving License: Clean full UK driving license is required.

Working Hours

A successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm, with an hour for lunch.
