Job Title: Territory Manager

Location: Hybrid

Salary: £ Company Car + Commission in year 2

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm with an hour off for lunch

The Recruitment Experts is seeking a dynamic and proactive candidate to join our Property Management team as a Territory Manager and be part of our residential team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings at properties within your portfolio and follow up for viewing feedback.
  • Put offers forward to the asset management team and liaise with the on boarding team in regard to referencing.
  • Prepare Inventories that document the condition of a property prior to commencement of a tenancy.
  • Meet new tenants at the property and conduct a move in, showing them around their new home and handing over any keys and information.
  • Re-visit the properties midway through an active tenancy to check on the condition and produce a brief report.
  • Discuss with the tenants in occupation any maintenance-based issues that may be evident and liaise with our Property Managers to ensure maintenance issues are being looked after.
  • Post-appointment admin that includes chasing feedback, agreeing deals, typing up reports, updating software and sending out relevant information.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in property or lettings and management is beneficial.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident with technology.
  • A positive and can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Industry qualifications such as ARLA (or working towards it) are preferred but not essential.
  • Clean, Full UK Driving Licence.
