Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advising customers on our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Meet and greet customers, advising on products and providing recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Upselling
    • Upsell to customers, using inquisitive questioning to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Delivery and Logistics
    • Carry out deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
    • Conduct daily vehicle checks, loading the 3.5T Van with orders for the day (up to 20KG), following the mapped route to customer sites, offloading goods.
  • Stock Management
    • Perform regular stock takes, stock replenishment, unpacking and storing or inward goods.
  • Team Support
    • Assist in the tinting and mixing of paint.
    • Delegating tasks to team members as required, opening and closing the store, etc.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Skills
    • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Sales and Target Achievement
    • Ability to work towards sales targets, with a strong focus on driving sales growth.
  • Computer Literacy
    • Proficient in using computer systems, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Manual Handling
    • Ability to carry out manual handling and lifting up to 20KG.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Full Driving Licence
    • A full driving licence, with the ability to drive a 3.5T Van.
