We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor. As a Retail Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including EE and BT offerings.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
