Position: Lead Youth Support Specialist

Compensation: £31,971 - £36,195 (inclusive of sleep allowance)

Employment Type: Full-time - Permanent

Work Schedule: 2 days on, 4 days off

We seek a professional who is passionate, knowledgeable, and driven to positively influence the lives of young individuals. Your responsibilities will include mentoring new team members, organizing engaging activities for the youth, and fostering a supportive and welcoming atmosphere within the facility.
