About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Leader to join our team at CDP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our cybersecurity efforts and developing a comprehensive security strategy to protect our digital assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the effective implementation of our security strategy.
  • Security Awareness: Design and implement awareness training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and ensure a security-conscious culture within the organization.
  • Technical Expertise: Collaborate with our software development teams to embed security best practices and ensure the secure development of our applications.
  • Cloud Security: Implement and manage Azure and M365 security resources to ensure the security of our cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain our CyberEssentials certification and drive our security maturity towards future ISO27001 certification.
  • Third-Party Due Diligence: Manage our 3rd Party due-diligence process, assessing vendors and responding to customer security questionnaires.
  • Access Control and Monitoring: Maintain robust role-based access control and monitor our IT operations to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a cybersecurity team, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies.
  • Technical Expertise: Excellent technical skills, with a deep understanding of cloud security, application security, and information security standards.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex security requirements to management, key partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop security strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Cloud Security Experience: Extensive experience applying cybersecurity practices to cloud technologies, with a strong understanding of Azure security features and capabilities.
  • Security Certifications: CISSP certification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of information security standards and best practices.
