The Head of Cybersecurity at Commercis Plc is an external facing role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to cybersecurity, including:

  • Cybersecurity Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect Commercis Plc's assets and data.
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address customer cybersecurity needs, and develop strategic partnerships to enhance Commercis Plc's cybersecurity offerings.
  • Vulnerability Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential vulnerabilities in Commercis Plc's systems and networks.
  • Network Security: Design and implement secure network architectures to protect Commercis Plc's data and systems.
  • Information Security: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Commercis Plc's data and systems.

Qualifications

  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Proven experience in cybersecurity, including vulnerability management, network security, and information security.
  • Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices, including compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Relevant Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are highly desirable.
