Cybersecurity Leader, Ki Insurance

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Information Security Officer to join our team at Ki Insurance. As a key member of our Technology Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading our cybersecurity strategy and ensuring the security of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our systems and data
- Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks and threats
- Develop and maintain relationships with cybersecurity partners and vendors
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior cybersecurity leadership role within financial services, insurance, or a growth-stage technology business
- Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
