About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Information Security Officer to join our team at Ki Insurance. As a key member of our Technology Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading our cybersecurity strategy and ensuring the security of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our systems and data
  • Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks and threats
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cybersecurity partners and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior cybersecurity leadership role within financial services, insurance, or a growth-stage technology business
  • Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
