Job Summary:

As a Cybersecurity Governance Specialist at Ki Insurance, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of governance-related tasks/projects within the Cybersecurity team. Your primary focus will be on protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Ki's information and services. You will ensure the provision of effective security governance services across areas such as security awareness, crisis management, policy/process management, compliance, supply chain security, change management, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security governance policies and procedures
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide training and awareness programs for employees on security best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance or a related field
Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
