Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Governance Specialist to join our Assurance Automation team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for establishing and documenting security controls across the business, ensuring their relevance and effectiveness. Your role will involve developing and implementing a controls maturity framework, managing test cases, and creating interactive dashboards in PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Coordinate External Assessments (Red/Purple team exercises)
  • Maintain, develop, and refine management reports
  • Document and manually test existing Security Controls; identify candidates for automation
  • Map existing controls to industry standards (ISO, NIST) and/or industry established industry frameworks (MITRE)
  • Work towards improving policies and processes
  • Actively contribute to team documentation
  • Assist with audits and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in cybersecurity governance, with at least 3 years of experience within InfoSec. You should also have a degree-level education and experience of frameworks, controls, ISO, and building governance controls. Power BI experience or similar would be beneficial, as well as Python experience (desirable but not essential).
