About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Leader to join our team at CDP. As the Head of Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for leading our cybersecurity efforts and developing a comprehensive security strategy to protect our organization's assets and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy, including risk management, incident response, and compliance.
  • Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of security measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our business, including software development, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Design and implement security awareness training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage and maintain our cybersecurity tools and technologies, including Azure Sentinel, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Defender.
  • Monitor and analyze security threats, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration on cybersecurity matters.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading and managing cybersecurity teams, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies.
  • Excellent technical skills, with expertise in cloud security, network security, and application security.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • CISSP certification or equivalent experience.
