Head of Growth Marketing - Cybersecurity

We are Hadrian, a cybersecurity startup that is revolutionizing the future of cybersecurity. Our goal is to provide companies with a real-time Offensive Security platform, viewing security through a hacker's eyes because, well, hackers understand hackers best. We continuously map the digital footprint of organizations, discover risks, and prioritize remediation for security teams to harden their external attack surfaces.

Located in Amsterdam's bustling Leidseplein and London's famous Baker Street, our diverse team from 20+ countries is on a mission to secure over 200 businesses and be at the forefront of automated offensive security.

As the Head of Growth Marketing at Hadrian, you will be pivotal in driving the company's growth trajectory by building a robust pipeline for our sales team. Your role is central to scaling our demand generation efforts, enhancing inbound traffic, and optimizing lifecycle marketing to ensure that Hadrian remains at the forefront of the cybersecurity landscape.

You will have the opportunity to shape and grow the function, leveraging a healthy marketing program budget and the freedom to establish innovative ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Generation: Drive qualified leads to our sales team through targeted outbound efforts, leveraging SDRs, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Inbound & Website Optimization: Boost traffic to Hadrian's website via SEM, paid acquisition, SEO, social media, referrals, and other inbound channels, with a focus on converting visitors into qualified leads.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Nurture leads and users throughout the funnel, aiming to enhance lead quality, drive upgrades, expand revenue, and improve retention rates.
  • Ops & Analytics: Collaborate with GTMOps to manage tools and analytics, ensuring full-funnel growth and optimization across all marketing activities.
  • Leadership: Build and manage the demand generation team, overseeing demand generation, inbound marketing, and lifecycle functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI across various channels, experiments, and investment opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role within a high contract value B2B SaaS environment.
  • Passionate about and deeply understand the B2B SaaS cybersecurity landscape.
  • Possess extensive experience in managing marketing program budgets, forecasting, and team hiring.
  • Proficient in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in demand generation or marketing automation are a plus.
  • Excel at analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Have experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Extensive experience in the cybersecurity sector is essential.
