Associate People Business Partner

We're seeking a skilled Associate People Business Partner to join our team in London

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing people strategies that drive business success. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze people data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders and people managers to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals.
  • Advise and coach line managers on effective people management practices, including performance management and career development.
  • Support change management initiatives and navigate ambiguity to ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Analyze people data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Support driving functional People plans by building proposals and recommendations for People initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience or strong foundation level knowledge of multiple People disciplines e.g. performance management, talent management, compensation and change.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
  • Resourceful and adept at finding creative solutions and building internal networks.
  • People Business Partnering experience.
  • Degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources or other related field.
