About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and challenge senior executive-level forecasts, risks, and opportunities
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders across the business, finance team, and wider company, particularly the tech function
  • Provide scenario analysis and insightful reporting to the finance team and senior members
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, and produce high-quality analytical data and business plans
  • Support and manage a small team, providing mentorship and development opportunities, reviewing key work, and providing feedback
  • Understand and improve financial controls, including balance sheet reconciliation, month-end, and year-end processes
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification and experience in Finance Business Partnering and Management Accounts
  • Desirable experience in Business Partnering with the tech function
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, building relationships, presenting, and liaising with non-financial teams
  • Experience with monthly and statutory financial reporting, understanding of IFRS, and balance sheet reconciliation processes
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle system is beneficial
