Interim Finance Business Partner

Allen Lane is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to support their commercial ventures and income streams. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly performance reports and management information, providing insightful commentaries to inform business decisions.
  • Departmental Reporting: Produce monthly departmental reports, conduct variance analysis, and investigate variances in collaboration with budget holders.
  • Finance Expertise: Develop strong relationships with budget holders, becoming the finance subject matter expert and providing guidance on financial matters.
  • Strategic Support: Work closely with the Finance Director on venture analysis and review, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant with a proven track record in finance business partnering and analysis. While sector experience is not essential, a commercial background is highly valued. Allen Lane operates a flexible hybrid working model, with a 3-day week in their London office.
