About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Management Professional to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tenant relations, including addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct property viewings and oversee the leasing process to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle rent collection and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Utilize property management software to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and communication with tenants and contractors.
  • Return deposits and handle dilapidations in accordance with company policies.
  • Negotiate deposit disputes and maintain up-to-date health and safety and fire risk assessments for required properties.
  • Support the Senior Property Manager as required and provide valuable feedback to improve processes and technology.
  • Cover work and offer assistance to colleagues when required or in the absence of staff.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager or in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • An understanding of property legislation, contracts, and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good time management and organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Full driving license.
