The ideal candidate will be entrusted with managing a diverse portfolio of properties, collaborating closely with fellow Property Managers. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with compliance notices related to property management.
- Implementing innovative procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Demonstrating a proven history of effectively managing rental properties.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current regulations and legislation affecting property management.
- Conducting inspections of primarily residential properties, with some commercial oversight.
- Possessing a valid UK driving license for property visits.
Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in property administration or management. Additional qualifications include:
- Experience in commercial property management is advantageous.
- Intermediate computer skills are required.
- Familiarity with property management software is essential.
- A full, valid driving license is mandatory.
- Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, offering a competitive salary range of £25,000 to £29,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. A pool car will be available for work-related travel.
