Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally interact with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and lettings growth
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and landlords to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales/lettings progress
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Lettings Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop business plans
  • Conduct market analysis and negotiate prices effectively to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and landlords
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales/Lettings Negotiator
  • Strong record of meeting and exceeding sales and lettings targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly professional, positive, and enthusiastic approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Full clean driving license

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary up to £25,000 due to experience
  • OTE £40,000
