We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Management Specialist to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities- Manage tenant relations, including addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct property viewings and oversee the leasing process to ensure seamless transitions
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Handle rent collection and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Utilize property management software to streamline tasks and improve efficiency
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
- Uphold high standards of customer service and communication with tenants and contractors
- Return deposits and handle dilapidations in accordance with company policies
- Handle deposit dispute negotiations to resolve issues promptly and fairly
- Maintain up-to-date health and safety and fire risk assessments for all properties
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and action points are met as set by management
- Provide valuable feedback to improve processes and technology to deliver exceptional service levels to our customers
- Support the Senior Property Manager as required and cover work for colleagues when needed
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with people at all levels
- Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and colleagues
- Understanding of property legislation, contracts, and health and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good time management and organization skills with attention to detail
- Full driving license
