Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Consultant to join our Technology & Cyber Risk Assurance (TRA) practice at RSM UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering quality technology risk assurance and advisory services to our financial services clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology risk assurance, with experience in the financial services sector and a deep understanding of UK regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality audits, developing relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality TRA audits to budget and within agreed timescales.
  • Apply RSM methodology and premium quality requirements in delivering audit work.
  • Develop relationships with financial services clients and identify further opportunities for business development.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for your portfolio/client commitments.
  • Support the overall team in continued product and services development.
  • Act as SME and advisory contact to internal and external stakeholders on technology and regulatory matters.
  • Supervise and coach auditors on assignments.
Requirements
  • CISA qualified.
  • Robust IT audit experience within the financial services sector and UK regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to produce quality documentation and reporting.
  • Experience of managing multiple clients/assignments.
  • Ability to travel to clients.
  • Excellent financial services technical and regulatory knowledge.
  • Passion and enthusiasm to learn and stay abreast of regulatory developments.
  • Ability to readily adapt new regulatory knowledge to assurance and advisory work.
  • Experience of coaching and supervision.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
