UTEC, part of Acteon Group, is a leading provider of offshore and onshore survey services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Party Chief to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise survey operations to ensure safe working practices and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Manage mobilisation and demobilisation activities to ensure the safety of personnel and assets.
  • Ensure all systems are functioning in accordance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
  • Collect, collate, and distribute survey data in accordance with project procedures and company procedures.
  • Advise onshore management and client representatives on deviations from approved procedures.
  • Compile operational reporting in a concise manner and in accordance with project procedures and client specifications.
  • Effectively communicate with client representatives and company representatives onshore.
  • Ensure all personnel in the offshore team understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Conduct personnel performance reviews and provide feedback to supervisors.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in surveying or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of major survey equipment and software used in the offshore survey sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
