The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely execution of projects, as well as Quality Assurance. This role requires a strong understanding of work specifications, project requirements, and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise survey operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and contractual requirements.
  • Manage mobilization and demobilization activities, prioritizing the safety of personnel and assets.
  • Ensure all systems are functioning in compliance with contractual requirements, project procedures, and company procedures.
  • Collect, collate, and distribute survey data, adhering to project procedures and company protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with onshore management, company representatives, and clients, addressing any deviations from approved procedures.
  • Compile operational and field reporting, adhering to project procedures, client specifications, and company protocols.
  • Conduct personnel performance reviews and provide feedback to supervisors.
  • Participate in and lead by example in the Company's Quality and HSE Systems and Procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in surveying or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of major survey equipment and software used in the offshore survey sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
