Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process by assisting with job specifications and job descriptions.
  • Manage talent and succession planning, working closely with the HR Director.
  • Assist with probation reviews, annual performance reviews, and salary reviews.
  • Manage administrative processes related to absence, resignation, and performance.
  • Provide HR support on sensitive and complex employee relation issues.
  • Work with the HR Director to optimize the online HR Management System (Cascade HR) and maintain data accuracy.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide analysis support to HR Management to report on agreed HR KPIs to the HR Director.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks, including filing.
  • Stay up-to-date with current HR law and changes.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:45 to 17:15. Some flexibility may be required to meet business needs.
