Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PhD Research Scientist to join our multidisciplinary research team at the University of Oxford. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Immunology and experience with immune cell-based assays.

About the Role

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 3 years. The researcher will be part of a team working on a research project that aims to explore the role of immune cells from patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) at different stages of disease. The project involves using innovative techniques to expose new disease-associated immune cell populations and understand how environmental context affects their phenotype and role in disease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on immune cells from patients with MS
  • Develop and implement new research objectives and ideas
  • Collaborate with researchers locally and globally
  • Contribute to the development of clinically translatable research

Requirements

  • PhD in Immunology
