Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a dynamic civil engineering or structural works environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with NEC subcontract agreements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
- A collaborative team member with a positive demeanor, assertive yet respectful, and adaptable to various situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and formulate strategies to mitigate commercial risks.
- Conduct thorough cost analyses.
- Operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Manage procurement processes.
- Negotiate and validate variations in project valuations.
- Review subcontractor applications for interim and final payments, ensuring accuracy.
- Perform cost-value reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist in defining client requirements.
- Engage in risk and value management alongside cost control.
- Provide insights on procurement strategies.
- Prepare and evaluate tender costings.
