We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our team at Natures Way Foods. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving our relationships with key retailers, including ALDI, Morrisons, and Sainsburys, while maintaining a deep understanding of consumer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the category management process for our key retailers, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, providing expert category advice and guidance.
- Develop and implement category strategies that drive sales growth, profit, and market share.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve our product offerings and ranges, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our customers and consumers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Development, to deliver category recommendations and drive business results.
- Own the development and implementation of category plans, including trade plans, channel plans, and range plans.
- Provide regular performance reviews and insights to customers, ensuring we are meeting their needs and expectations.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in category management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Degree-level education in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
- Proven ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Demonstrable success in implementing category initiatives with retailers.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Valid driving license.
