Job Title: Category Manager

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our team at Natures Way Foods. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, and increasing market share by implementing strategic initiatives based on financial, category, and consumer insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute category plans to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including product directors, sales teams, and development teams
  • Provide category advice and guidance to customers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow our business, including new product development and range expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform category strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in category management or a related field
  • Degree-level education in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability in a category management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
