The Role
We are seeking a skilled Night Receptionist to join our team, responsible for ensuring seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and providing information about our services and local area.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm welcome for all guests
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, minimizing disruptions
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, services, and local area, addressing guest inquiries promptly
Requirements
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
