As a member of our Front Office team, you'll be responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome to our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and providing accurate information about our hotel facilities and services.
You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, and your infectious smile and friendly demeanor will set the tone for their entire stay. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, creating brilliant customer service, and promoting guest loyalty.
We're looking for someone who is self-aware, able to evaluate their own work, and has a genuine desire to provide a warmer welcome to our guests. If you're a team player with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.
