Job Title: Night Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced and talented Night Receptionist to join our team. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that each of our guests receives a warm and genuine welcome, and that they are checked in and checked out with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and providing information about the hotel and local area.
  • Ensure that all guests are checked in and checked out efficiently and accurately.
  • Deal with guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a strong focus on customer service.
